something's wrong with it right now. i think i need to liven up the cougar's eyes and pull some elements in tighter... but I'm not sure if that's it.

i don't think its boring. i think its just that the cougar is static, how could a cougar sourrounded by all this shit be standing so patiently? i would put another piece of trace paper on top and draw the cougar real fast and wild, not even looking at the reference(you can always go back in later) i want to see him in action i want to see his paws. if not i want to know why he is still (a background, i know you hate them, but it wouldn't need to be arbitrary) or something he was looking at
